On 28 May 2024. Daniela Tabakova, Regional Representative of the CPD for Montana Region, together with Ralin Kamenov, CPD Coordinator, organized and held an open reception in the municipal administration of the town of Boychinovtsi, Montana Region. During the reception, a meeting was held with Patrizia Hristova, Specialist “Temporary Employment Program” and Maria Ivanova, Secretary of the Local Commission for Combating Juvenile Delinquency.
The powers and activities of the Commission were presented, as well as the HIPC Act. and its protected characteristics. The procedure and the way to lodge a complaint with the CPD were explained. Attention was drawn to the submission of a complaint and the signing of a declaration under Article 6(2)(2) of the Rules of Procedure before the CPD.
