The method used to prepare the declaration is a self-assessment made by the owner of the site - the Commission for Protection against Discrimination.

Application Procedures: 

1. Procedure for handling signals received regarding the accessibility of the CPC website:

Reports submitted under the Electronic Government Act (EGA) for non-compliance with the accessibility requirements of the content of the CPC website shall be submitted as follows: 

- via the feedback form on the CPD website. 

- on paper (in person or by post) to: Sofia Dragan Tsankov № 35 p.k. 1125 or submitted in a special mailbox located in the building of the Commission for Protection against Discrimination; 

- electronically to e-mail: kzd@kzd.bg. 

The complaint shall be examined within one month of its receipt and a reply shall be prepared within the same period, which shall contain a description of the actions taken and the measures taken to remedy non-compliance with accessibility requirements or a reasoned refusal in cases where the request is considered unfounded and unlawful. 

Where the sender of the alert has indicated an e-mail address, the reply shall be sent to the same e-mail address, otherwise it shall be sent on paper to the address indicated in the alert. 

2. Complaints pursuant to Article 58d, paragraph 2 of the EMA for non-compliance with the accessibility requirements or for non-compliance with the procedure for consideration of signals under item 1 shall be submitted to the Chairman of the State Agency “Electronic Government” in the following ways:  

- through the office of the SAEU at the address: ul. "Gen. Joseph V. 6, Sofia 1000;  

- electronically to (indicating the subject: “Complaint about the violation of the accessibility of websites”); 

- postal service on paper to the address of the SAEU - ul. "Gen. Joseph V. 6, Sofia 1000.  

3. Pursuant to Article 60a of the EMA, the control over the compliance of the content of the websites and mobile applications with the accessibility requirements under Article 58c of the EMA shall be exercised by the Chairman of the State Agency for Electronic Government.
