ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION AT THE COMMISSION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST DISCRIMINATION
Any citizen or legal entity has the right to apply for access to public information created and stored at the Commission for Protection against Discrimination. A request for information may be made by oral enquiry or by written application.
If an oral request is to be made, it should be addressed to Jasmina Milusheva - Director of the Administrative and Legal Services Directorate, who on the basis of Article 28, paragraph 2 and Article 35 of the RTI Act and an order of the Chairman of the CPD is authorized to examine the received applications for granting access to public information and to take decisions on granting or refusing to grant access to the requested information, as well as to notify the applicants of the decision taken.
Written applications for access to public information shall be subject to compulsory registration at the Commission\'s reception every working day from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
In order to be considered, an application must contain the following information:
1.the full name and registered office of the applicant
2. a description of the information requested;
3. the preferred form for providing access to the requested information;
4. an address for correspondence with the applicant.
One or more of the following forms may be used for access to public information: inspection of the information - original or copy, oral reference, paper copy, technical copy.
Persons who are visually impaired or hearing impaired may request access in a form appropriate to their communication abilities.
Access to public information is provided free of charge.

MAKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR RE-USE
Any citizen or legal entity has the right to submit a written request for the provision of information for re-use. The request shall also be deemed to be made in writing in cases where it is made electronically at zh.milusheva@kzd.bg and kzd@kzd.bg or through the platform for access to public information maintained by the administration of the Council of Ministers.
Pursuant to Article 43h, paragraph 1 of the RTI Act and Order of the Chairman of the CPD No. 111 of 15.12.2020, Ms. Jasmina Milusheva, Director of the Administrative and Legal Services Directorate, is authorized to examine the applications received for the provision of information for re-use and to take decisions to provide or refuse to provide information for re-use, as well as to notify the applicants in writing of the decision taken.
Written applications for access to public information are subject to compulsory registration at the Registry of the CPD, every working day from 9.00 to 17.30. Chapter Four of the RTI Act shall apply to written requests received for the provision of information for re-use.
One or more of the following forms may be indicated as a form of granting access to public information:
1. Copy on a tangible medium (paper, technical, magnetic, electronic);
2. A copy provided electronically or an internet address where the data is stored or published;
3. Combination of forms.
The information is made available for re-use free of charge.
