On 20 March 2024. Orlin Kissov, Regional Representative of the Commission for Protection against Discrimination (CPD) for Varna Region, visited Dolni Chiflik municipality, where he organized and held an open reception for citizens. After it he held a working meeting with Tihomir Petrov - Director of the Administrative-Legal and Information Services Directorate in Dolni Chiflik Municipality.
The participants were acquainted with the competences and powers of the CPC and discussed the possibilities for organizing future joint initiatives with informative and preventive orientation to help the citizens.
Mr. Petrov briefly presented the projects Dolni Chiflik Municipality is working on - renovation of the buildings of the People's Community Centre “Izgrev” and the Secondary School “Vasil Levski” in the town, renovation of the building of the People's Community Centre “Hristo Botev” in the village of Golitsa and the upcoming modernization of the street lighting in the largest settlements in the municipality. He was pleased to share that a new waterfront recreation area has recently been opened in the Shkorpilovtsi Resort, which features a street gym and maxi chess.
