On 22 March 2024. Daniela Tabakova, Regional Representative of the CPD for Montana Region, visited Varshets municipality where she held a reception together with Anton Toshev, CPD Coordinator for the municipality. Citizens attended and were given independent advice on the procedure and how to lodge a complaint with the CPD.
Attention was drawn to the submission, together with the complaint, of a declaration pursuant to Article 6(2)(a) of the Convention. 2 of the Rules of Procedure before the CPD.
