Signing of a Memorandum between the CPD and the Bulgarian-Jewish Cultural Institute
On 14.03.2024 a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Commission for Protection against Discrimination (CPD) and the Bulgarian-Jewish Cultural Institute. 

 The Memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Ana Dzhumalieva - Chairperson of the CPD and Mr. Roman Stoyanov - Founder and Chairman of the Bulgarian-Jewish Cultural Institute.

 With the Memorandum, the parties have provided a framework for their cooperation to continue their common goals and objectives in the protection of human rights, non-discrimination, the fight against xenophobia, anti-Semitism and hate speech. 

 Future contacts were discussed for work on joint projects, information and educational activities, as well as other appropriate activities for the prevention of anti-Semitism and hate speech. 

 On behalf of the Commission for Protection against Discrimination the event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ana Dzhumalieva - Chairperson of the CPD, Prof. Dr. Nadezhda Yonkova - Secretary General of the CPD, Svilena Ivanova - Head of the Specialized Proceedings Department, Nikolay Stoyanov - Head of the Property Management Department, Kiril Stankov - Senior Specialist in the Analysis, Prevention and International Cooperation Department, Marta Maletz - Junior Expert in the Analysis, Prevention and International Cooperation Department and Nikola Ognyanov - Senior Specialist in the Analysis, Prevention and International Cooperation Department.

 On behalf of the Bulgarian-Jewish Cultural Institute Mr. Roman Stoyanov - founder and chairman of the Bulgarian-Jewish Cultural Institute - was present.
