On 20 February 2024, Shirin Kasab, Regional Representative of the CPD for Dobrich Region, organized and held an open reception in the building of the Municipal Administration in Balchik.
After the reception, Shirin Kasab of the CPD met with Kaymet Turgut - Secretary of the Municipality of Balchik.
The regional representative gave explanations on the Law on Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, its protected characteristics and the rules for initiating proceedings before the CPD.
In addition to the meetings held by the regional representative in the constituent municipalities of the Dobrich Region, events and information meetings were agreed with people with disabilities, mayors and residents of the municipality of Balchik, with the assistance of Ms. Turgut.
