On 25 June 2024. Valentina Nikolaeva, Regional Representative of the CPD for Ruse Region, made a presentation on the CPD and the Law on Protection from Discrimination to the employees of the Chitalishte and the Historical Museum in Ruse. She gave a presentation at the CCC and the National Library in Byala. 

The reception for citizens was in the community center with the kind support of the secretary and municipal councilor Vladimir Karademirev. The two institutions placed in a prominent place a board with the Law on Protection against Discrimination.
