In June 2024, Khadija Yusuf, Regional Representative of the CPD for Kardzhali Region, organized and held open receptions for citizens in Krumovgrad municipality. 

An information meeting was held with the Mayor of Krumovgrad Municipality, Sebihan Mehmed, Secretary Fahri Yusein and Deputy Mayors Abidin Hajimehmed, Nezhdie Akif and Assen Hadzhiev. At the meeting, the Krumovgrad municipality management said that they will continue to fully assist in the organization of the open receptions, as well as to be of help in case of any problems. At the meeting were discussed the duties of the coordinator and the way of organizing and conducting the open receptions. 

Information was provided on the CPD as an independent equality body, its powers and competences, and the functions of the Regional Representative.
