Section 1 – Mandatory contents <\/strong><\/p>

The Commission for Protection against Discrimination (CPD) is committed to ensuring access to its website in accordance with Article 58c of the e-Government Act and Articles 39 and 39a of the Ordinance on General Requirements for Information Systems, Registers and Electronic Administrative Services. <\/p>

This accessibility statement refers to the official website of the CPD – https:\/\/www.kzd.bg. <\/p>

The standard<\/strong> that has been followed to ensure accessible content is EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08). <\/p>

Compliance status <\/strong><\/p>

The CPD website partially meets the requirements of this standard due to the exceptions set out in Annex 1.\n\nUnavailable content\nThe non-compliances with standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08) on the CPD website are described in the table Annex 1 below. <\/p>

Application Procedures: <\/strong><\/p>

1. Procedure for handling signals received regarding the accessibility of the CPC website:<\/strong><\/p>

Reports submitted under the Electronic Government Act (EGA) for non-compliance with the accessibility requirements of the content of the CPC website shall be submitted as follows: <\/p>

– via the feedback form on the CPD website. <\/p>

– on paper (in person or by post) to:\n Sofia\n Dragan Tsankov \u2116 35\np.k. 1125\nor submitted in a special mailbox located in the building of the Commission for Protection against Discrimination; <\/p>

– electronically to e-mail: kzd@kzd.bg. <\/p>

The complaint shall be examined within one month of its receipt and a reply shall be prepared within the same period, which shall contain a description of the actions taken and the measures taken to remedy non-compliance with accessibility requirements or a reasoned refusal in cases where the request is considered unfounded and unlawful. <\/p>

Where the sender of the alert has indicated an e-mail address, the reply shall be sent to the same e-mail address, otherwise it shall be sent on paper to the address indicated in the alert. <\/p>

2. Complaints pursuant to Article 58d, paragraph 2 of the EMA for non-compliance with the accessibility requirements or for non-compliance with the procedure for consideration of signals under item 1 shall be submitted to the Chairman of the State Agency \u201cElectronic Government\u201d in the following ways:  <\/strong><\/p>

– through the office of the SAEU at the address: ul. „Gen. Joseph V. 6, Sofia 1000;  <\/p>

– electronically to (indicating the subject: \u201cComplaint about the violation of the accessibility of websites\u201d); <\/p>

– postal service on paper to the address of the SAEU – ul. „Gen. Joseph V. 6, Sofia 1000.  <\/p>

3. Pursuant to Article 60a of the EMA, the control over the compliance of the content of the websites and mobile applications with the accessibility requirements under Article 58c of the EMA shall be exercised by the Chairman of the State Agency for Electronic Government. <\/strong>

Section 2 – Recommended Contents <\/strong><\/p>

The Commission for the Protection of Discrimination, while we strive to ensure compliance with available accessibility standards, this is not always possible in every aspect. If you are having difficulty using https:\/\/www.kzd.bg or some of the content is not accessible to you, please contact us and describe the problem.  <\/p>
